PurelyB Affiliate Terms and Conditions

By joining the PurelyB Affiliate Programme, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. PurelyB reserves the right to suspend or terminate an affiliate account, discount code, commission or programme participation if these terms are breached.

1. Affiliate Discount and Commission

Each approved affiliate will receive a unique affiliate discount code that provides customers with a 10% discount on eligible purchases made through the PurelyB website.

Affiliate commission is calculated based on eligible revenue generated using the affiliate’s assigned code:

  • Tier 1: RM0–RM4,999.99 in revenue — 10% commission
  • Tier 2: RM5,000–RM9,999.99 in revenue — 15% commission
  • Tier 3: RM10,000 and above in revenue — 20% commission

PurelyB reserves the right to review or revise the commission structure, discount amount, qualification requirements and programme benefits when necessary.

2. Eligible Commission

Commission is only payable on legitimate, successfully completed and fully paid orders attributed to the affiliate’s unique code.

Commission will not be paid on:

  • Cancelled, returned, refunded or disputed orders
  • Fraudulent or suspicious transactions
  • Duplicate or test orders
  • Orders made using unauthorised discounts
  • Orders generated through prohibited advertising methods
  • Orders placed primarily to manipulate or generate commission
  • Shipping charges, taxes, gift cards or other non-commissionable amounts
  • Orders that breach these Terms and Conditions

Any commission previously credited for a refunded, cancelled, disputed or invalid order may be deducted from the affiliate’s current or future commission.

3. Payout Schedule

Affiliate commission will be calculated and paid quarterly by bank transfer.

The payout schedule is as follows:

  • January to March sales are paid by the end of April
  • April to June sales are paid by the end of July
  • July to September sales are paid by the end of October
  • October to December sales are paid by the end of January

Affiliates will receive an email confirmation once payment has been processed.

Affiliates are responsible for providing complete and accurate bank account and payment information. PurelyB will not be responsible for payment delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

4. No Google Ads or Paid Search Advertising

Affiliates are strictly prohibited from running Google Ads or any other form of paid search advertising to promote PurelyB, its products, website or affiliate discount code without prior written approval from PurelyB.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Google Ads
  • Google Shopping Ads
  • Bing or Microsoft Ads
  • Paid search engine advertisements
  • Display advertisements
  • Sponsored search results
  • Paid advertisements that direct users to PurelyB’s website

Affiliates must not bid on or use the following as paid advertising keywords:

  • “PurelyB”
  • PurelyB product names
  • PurelyB campaign names
  • PurelyB discount or promotional terms
  • Variations or misspellings of PurelyB
  • PurelyB website URLs
  • Keywords containing terms such as “PurelyB discount code”, “PurelyB voucher”, “PurelyB promo code” or similar phrases

Affiliates must not create advertisements, landing pages or websites that appear to be an official PurelyB advertisement or communication.

If an affiliate is found running unauthorised paid advertisements, PurelyB reserves the right to immediately:

  • Suspend or deactivate the affiliate’s discount code
  • Withhold or cancel commissions generated through the advertisements
  • Remove the affiliate from the programme
  • Terminate the affiliate relationship without prior notice
  • Take further action where necessary to protect the PurelyB brand

5. Suspicious Activity and Fraud

PurelyB actively monitors affiliate orders, code usage, traffic sources and transaction patterns.

Activity may be considered suspicious if it includes, but is not limited to:

  • An unusually high number of orders from the same customer, device, payment method, IP address or delivery address
  • Multiple orders created using false, incomplete or duplicated customer information
  • Orders that are repeatedly cancelled, refunded, disputed or charged back
  • Fabricated, manipulated or coordinated purchases
  • Self-referrals or purchases made primarily to generate commission
  • Encouraging customers to create duplicate accounts or split orders
  • Code usage that does not reasonably match the affiliate’s audience, content or promotional activity
  • Unusual increases in sales, traffic or conversion rates without a reasonable explanation
  • Use of bots, automated traffic, cookie stuffing, forced clicks or misleading redirects
  • Unauthorised placement of affiliate codes on coupon, cashback, voucher or deal websites
  • Sharing the affiliate code through spam, unsolicited messages or misleading promotions
  • Any attempt to manipulate PurelyB’s tracking, commission or tier system

PurelyB may suspend the affiliate’s code and commission while suspicious activity is being reviewed.

During an investigation, PurelyB may request supporting information, including content links, traffic sources, campaign screenshots, customer communications or other relevant evidence.

If PurelyB reasonably determines that the activity is fraudulent, manipulated, unauthorised or in breach of these terms, PurelyB may:

  • Reject the affected transactions
  • Withhold or cancel unpaid commission
  • Recover commission previously paid on invalid transactions
  • Reset the affiliate’s revenue or commission tier
  • Suspend or permanently deactivate the affiliate code
  • Remove the affiliate from the programme without prior notice

PurelyB’s decision regarding the validity and eligibility of affiliate transactions will be final.

6. Affiliate Code Usage

Affiliate codes are provided only to the approved affiliate and must be promoted through genuine personal content, recommendations and approved marketing channels.

Affiliates must not:

  • List their code on coupon, deal, cashback or voucher websites without written permission
  • Submit their code to browser extensions or automated coupon tools
  • Present their code as an official PurelyB storewide promotion
  • Claim that their code provides the highest or best available discount unless confirmed by PurelyB
  • Combine the code with misleading promotional information
  • Create urgency, expiry dates or promotional conditions that have not been approved by PurelyB
  • Impersonate PurelyB, its founders, employees or official social media accounts

PurelyB may deactivate or replace an affiliate code at any time if misuse is detected.

7. Content and Brand Guidelines

Affiliates may use approved PurelyB product images, information and campaign materials solely for the purpose of promoting PurelyB under this programme.

Affiliates must not:

  • Modify the PurelyB logo without permission
  • Use PurelyB branding in a way that suggests ownership or official representation
  • Register usernames, websites, domains or social media accounts containing “PurelyB” or confusingly similar names
  • Publish false, misleading, offensive, discriminatory or inappropriate content
  • Copy content belonging to PurelyB or another creator without permission
  • Promote PurelyB alongside illegal, harmful or inappropriate products or services

PurelyB may request that any content which does not meet its brand or compliance guidelines be edited or removed. Affiliates must comply with such requests promptly.

8. Product Claims and Health Information

Affiliates must only use product information, benefits and claims that have been approved or provided by PurelyB.

Affiliates must not claim that a PurelyB product:

  • Diagnoses, treats, cures or prevents any disease or medical condition
  • Replaces medication or professional medical treatment
  • Guarantees specific health, weight, skin or wellness results
  • Produces immediate or permanent results
  • Has been approved by an authority unless PurelyB has provided written confirmation

Personal experiences and testimonials must be truthful and must not be exaggerated, fabricated or presented as results that every customer will experience.

PurelyB reserves the right to request the immediate removal or correction of content containing inaccurate, misleading or unauthorised health claims.

9. Affiliate Disclosure

Affiliates must clearly disclose their relationship with PurelyB whenever promoting PurelyB products or sharing an affiliate code.

Appropriate disclosures may include:

  • “PurelyB Affiliate”
  • “Affiliate link”
  • “I may earn a commission from purchases made using my code”
  • “Ad” or “Sponsored”, where applicable

The disclosure must be clear, visible and placed together with the promotional content. It should not be hidden only in a profile biography, at the end of a long caption or behind unclear abbreviations.

10. Confidentiality

Any non-public information shared by PurelyB, including campaign plans, product launches, commission information, internal documents, customer information and unreleased promotional materials, must be kept confidential.

Affiliates must not share confidential information with third parties unless written approval has been provided by PurelyB.

11. Independent Relationship

Participation in the PurelyB Affiliate Programme does not create an employment, partnership, agency, franchise or joint venture relationship.

Affiliates are independent participants and are responsible for their own content, equipment, expenses, taxes and legal obligations.

Affiliates are not authorised to enter into agreements, make commitments or provide guarantees on behalf of PurelyB.

12. Suspension and Termination

PurelyB reserves the right to suspend or terminate an affiliate’s participation, discount code or commission eligibility at any time where:

  • These Terms and Conditions are breached
  • Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected
  • The affiliate damages or risks damaging PurelyB’s reputation
  • The affiliate publishes misleading or unauthorised claims
  • The affiliate engages in inappropriate, illegal or unethical conduct
  • The affiliate fails to respond to a compliance or verification request
  • PurelyB decides to discontinue or restructure the Affiliate Programme

Serious breaches, including unauthorised Google Ads, fraud, brand impersonation or commission manipulation, may result in immediate termination without prior notice.

Upon termination, the affiliate must stop using PurelyB’s name, logos, promotional materials and affiliate code.

PurelyB may withhold unpaid commission connected to a breach, fraudulent activity or invalid transaction.

13. Changes to the Programme

PurelyB may update these Terms and Conditions, commission rates, discount codes, payout schedules or programme requirements from time to time.

Affiliates will be informed of material changes through email, WhatsApp or another communication channel selected by PurelyB.

Continued participation in the programme after an update takes effect will be considered acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.

14. Acceptance

By accepting an affiliate code, promoting PurelyB or participating in the PurelyB Affiliate Programme, the affiliate confirms that they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
