PurelyB Green Friday Promotion - Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

1.1 The Green Friday Promotion (“Promotion”) is open to all retail customers purchasing via PurelyB’s official website (www.purelyb.com).
1.2 Wholesale buyers, resellers, and bulk purchasers are not eligible unless expressly approved by PurelyB in writing.
1.3 Employees of PurelyB, its affiliates, and their immediate family members may participate but PurelyB reserves the right to refuse redemptions in the case of abuse or misuse.

2. Promotion Period

2.1 This Promotion runs from 21st November 2025, 12.00AM (MYT) until 30th November 2025, 11.59PM (MYT) (“Promotion Period”).
2.2 Purchases made outside the Promotion Period will not qualify for the discount.

3. How to Redeem

3.1 Customers will automatically enjoy 35% off on all eligible Signature single-unit items when added to cart during the Promotion Period.
3.2 The Promotion applies only to the following Signature single-unit products (including but not limited to):

3.3 The following items are not eligible for this Promotion:

  • Subscription orders

  • Non-PurelyB products

  • Limited edition packs unless stated otherwise

3.4 The Promotion is applied automatically at checkout and requires no additional voucher code.


4. Exclusions & Restrictions

4.1 This Promotion cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions, vouchers, or codes, including but not limited to:

  • Affiliate codes

  • WELCOME20

  • WELLNESS20

  • Any automatic or stacked discounts

4.2 Offer is valid while stocks last. PurelyB reserves the right to:
 a) Limit quantities per customer, household, or shipping address.
 b) Reject, cancel, or refund orders deemed suspicious, fraudulent, or in violation of Promotion rules.
 c) Cancel orders resulting from technical errors, incorrect discount application, or pricing mistakes.

4.3 Customers attempting to bypass limits using multiple emails, accounts, devices, or addresses may result in their orders being cancelled.

5. General Terms

5.1 All purchases under this Promotion are subject to PurelyB’s standard shipping, return, and exchange policies.
5.2 PurelyB reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice.
5.3 PurelyB may request additional verification for orders flagged for unusual activity.
5.4 All decisions by PurelyB regarding this Promotion are final and no correspondence will be entertained.
5.5 PurelyB is not liable for technical failures, checkout errors, website issues, or connectivity problems affecting redemption.
5.6 Personal data collected during this Promotion will be used in accordance with PurelyB’s Privacy Policy.

6. Liability & Responsibility

6.1 PurelyB shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, damage, claim, or expenses suffered by customers arising from participation in this Promotion.
6.2 Customers agree to hold PurelyB harmless against any misuse, mishap, or consequence resulting from redeemed products.
6.3 All incidental costs related to purchase, delivery, or participation (including shipping fees, bank charges, or customs duties) are the sole responsibility of the customer.

7. Governing Law

7.1 This Promotion is governed by the laws of Malaysia.
7.2 Any disputes arising from this Promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
