Terms & Conditions
1. Campaign Overview
1.1 The PurelyB Founder Birthday Campaign – Free Mystery Gift (“Campaign”) is organised by PurelyB Sdn Bhd (“PurelyB”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
1.2 During the Campaign Period, eligible customers who spend RM249 or more in a single online order on the PurelyB official website (www.purelyb.com) are entitled to receive one (1) FREE Mystery Gift, subject to these Terms & Conditions and daily stock availability.
1.3 The Mystery Gift is available in limited units per day. Once the daily allocation has been fully redeemed, no further gifts will be issued for that day. Gift stock will be refreshed the next day during the Campaign Period and will not carry over from the previous day.
2. Campaign Period
2.1 The Campaign runs from 23 June 2026, 12:00AM to 30 June 2026, 11:59PM, Malaysia time (GMT+8) (“Campaign Period”).
2.2 Orders placed before or after the Campaign Period will not be eligible, regardless of the order value.
3. Eligibility
3.1 The Campaign is open to customers who place a qualifying order on the PurelyB official website during the Campaign Period.
3.2 To qualify, customers must spend RM249 or more in a single online order or single receipt.
3.3 Spend across multiple separate orders cannot be combined to meet the RM249 minimum spend requirement.
3.4 The Campaign applies to orders placed on PurelyB’s official website only. Purchases made through any other channel, including physical or retail stores, online marketplaces such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, third-party platforms, resellers, phone orders, or social media orders are not eligible, even if the total spend reaches RM249 or more.
3.5 The free Mystery Gift redemption is limited to one (1) time per customer throughout the entire Campaign Period, regardless of how many qualifying orders the customer places.
3.6 A “customer” may be identified by name, email address, phone number, delivery address, payment details, or any other relevant customer information. Orders sharing any of these details may be treated as belonging to the same customer.
4. How to Receive the Free Mystery Gift
4.1 To receive the Free Mystery Gift, customers must complete the following steps during the Campaign Period:
Step 1: Add Products to Cart
Add eligible PurelyB products to cart and ensure the total spend reaches RM249 or more in a single order.
Step 2: Mystery Gift Added Automatically
Once the eligible spend reaches RM249, the Free Mystery Gift will be automatically added to the cart, subject to daily stock availability.
Step 3: Complete Purchase
Proceed to checkout and complete payment for the order.
Step 4: Unbox on Confirmation Page
After the purchase is completed, customers should not close the page immediately. Customers are required to unbox the Mystery Gift on the confirmation page before leaving.
Step 5: Mystery Gift Reveal
The Mystery Gift will be revealed on screen. The revealed gift is the gift that will be included with the customer’s order.
4.2 If the customer does not unbox or reveal the Mystery Gift before leaving the confirmation page, the gift will not be forfeited. PurelyB will assign and ship a gift selected at random on the customer’s behalf.
4.3 Any randomly assigned gift is final and will be treated the same as a revealed gift under these Terms & Conditions. It has no cash value and is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and non-refundable.
4.4 The Mystery Gift automatically added to the cart has no separate charge. It will not increase the customer’s payable amount and cannot be checked out on its own without a qualifying purchase of RM249 or more.
4.5 The automatic addition of the Mystery Gift is subject to daily stock availability. If the daily allocation has been fully redeemed, the Mystery Gift may not be added to cart even if the RM249 threshold is met.
5. Mystery Gift Details
5.1 The Mystery Gift is a complimentary item selected at PurelyB’s sole discretion. Its contents are not disclosed in advance and may vary from customer to customer.
5.2 The Mystery Gift has no cash value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, sold, returned, or redeemed for cash.
5.3 The specific gift received is final and non-exchangeable. Customers may not request to swap the Mystery Gift for a different gift, product, cash value, voucher, or store credit.
5.4 One (1) Mystery Gift is given per qualifying order, up to a maximum of one (1) gift per customer throughout the Campaign Period.
5.5 The Mystery Gift will be included with the customer’s order and shipped together with the purchased items. PurelyB will not ship the Mystery Gift separately.
5.6 If the Mystery Gift is a discount voucher, such as “RM50 OFF”, the voucher:
a) is valid for one-time use only on a future order placed on PurelyB’s official website;
b) Minimum spend of RM99 required;
c) is valid until 15 July 2026, after which it will expire and cannot be reinstated;
d) cannot be combined or stacked with any other voucher, discount code, promotion, or offer;
e) cannot be exchanged, refunded, or redeemed for cash, whether in whole or in part; and
f) will not carry forward any unused balance. Any unused voucher balance will be forfeited.
6. Daily Stock & Availability
6.1 The Mystery Gift is available in limited quantities each day on a strict first-come, first-served basis.
6.2 A limited number of units will be released each day during the Campaign Period.
6.3 Stock will be allocated to qualifying orders based on the order in which they are received and successfully paid for.
6.4 Once the daily allocation of Mystery Gifts has been fully redeemed, no further gifts will be issued for that day, even if a customer places a qualifying order of RM249 or more.
6.5 Stock will be refreshed the next day during the Campaign Period.
6.6 Unredeemed gifts from a previous day will not carry over or accumulate into the following day’s allocation.
6.7 PurelyB does not guarantee gift availability at any specific time of day.
6.8 PurelyB is not obliged to disclose the exact number of Mystery Gift units available per day or remaining at any point in time.
7. Specific Scenarios
7.1 Multiple Redemptions
a) Each customer is entitled to a maximum of one (1) Mystery Gift throughout the Campaign Period.
b) If a customer places multiple qualifying orders, only the first eligible order will receive the Mystery Gift. Subsequent orders will not receive an additional gift, even if each order independently exceeds RM249.
c) If PurelyB detects duplicate or multiple redemptions through repeated use of the same name, email address, phone number, delivery address, payment method, or multiple accounts by the same person, PurelyB reserves the right to cancel, withhold, or reclaim any additional gift.
d) Any gift issued in error beyond the one-per-customer limit remains the property of PurelyB and may be reclaimed, or its value may be deducted, at PurelyB’s discretion.
7.2 Daily Gift Stock Fully Redeemed
a) If the daily allocation of Mystery Gifts has been fully redeemed at the time the qualifying order is placed and paid for, the customer will not receive a Mystery Gift for that order.
b) The customer’s purchase remains valid and will be fulfilled as normal. Only the complimentary Mystery Gift will be unavailable.
c) Reaching the RM249 spend threshold does not reserve, guarantee, or entitle a customer to a Mystery Gift if the daily stock has run out.
d) The Mystery Gift is a complimentary bonus and not a purchased item. Its unavailability will not be grounds for a refund, discount, cancellation, store credit, or compensation.
e) Customers may place another order on a following day during the Campaign Period when stock has been refreshed, subject to the one-gift-per-customer limit and continued gift availability.
7.3 Customer Did Not Unbox or Reveal the Gift
a) If a customer leaves or closes the confirmation page without unboxing the Mystery Gift, the gift will not be forfeited.
b) PurelyB will assign a gift at random and ship it together with the customer’s order.
c) The randomly assigned gift is final and non-exchangeable.
7.4 Order Cancellation, Refund, or Return
a) If a qualifying order is later cancelled, refunded, or returned in part such that the final order value falls below RM249, the customer will no longer be eligible for the Mystery Gift.
b) In such cases, the Mystery Gift must be returned to PurelyB, or its value may be deducted from any refund amount.
c) If items are partially returned and the remaining order value drops below RM249, eligibility for the Mystery Gift will be forfeited.
7.5 Payment Not Completed
a) Gift allocation is confirmed only once payment has been successfully received.
b) Orders that are unpaid, pending, failed, cancelled, or flagged for fraud will not secure a Mystery Gift.
c) Daily gift stock will only be counted against successfully paid qualifying orders.
7.6 Out-of-Stock, Damaged, or Defective Gift
a) If a Mystery Gift becomes unavailable, damaged, or defective, PurelyB may replace it with another item of similar value or omit the gift, at its sole discretion.
b) The Mystery Gift carries no warranty.
7.7 Missing Gift Claims
a) Claims that a Mystery Gift was missing from a delivered order must be raised within seven (7) days from the delivery date.
b) PurelyB may verify the claim against its internal records before issuing any replacement.
c) Any replacement will be subject to availability.
7.8 Technical Errors
a) In the event of any website, system, pricing, inventory, display, or technical error that wrongly indicates gift availability or customer eligibility, PurelyB reserves the right to correct the error.
b) PurelyB may withhold or reclaim any gift issued as a result of such error.
7.9 Abuse, Fraud, or Manipulation
a) PurelyB reserves the right to disqualify any customer and cancel any order or gift redemption where PurelyB reasonably suspects fraud, abuse, manipulation, bulk or automated ordering, order splitting, or any breach of these Terms & Conditions.
8. General Terms
8.1 By participating in the Campaign, customers are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
8.2 PurelyB reserves the right to disqualify any customer who breaches these Terms & Conditions or engages in conduct deemed fraudulent, abusive, inappropriate, or in bad faith.
8.3 PurelyB reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any Mystery Gift issued in breach of these Terms & Conditions.
8.4 All decisions made by PurelyB in relation to the Campaign are final, binding, and conclusive. PurelyB will not enter into correspondence or disputes regarding such decisions.
8.5 PurelyB shall not be responsible for technical failures, system errors, lost orders, delayed orders, incorrect customer information, delivery issues, or any other matters beyond its reasonable control.
8.6 Personal data collected in connection with this Campaign will be used in accordance with PurelyB’s Privacy Policy.
8.7 PurelyB reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to amend, vary, suspend, extend, shorten, or cancel the Campaign and/or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
8.8 Any changes to these Terms & Conditions will take effect once published.
8.9 In the event of any inconsistency between this English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
9. Governing Law
9.1 This Campaign shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
9.2 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Campaign shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
