After taking Pegaga consistently for one full week, I began to notice a remarkable improvement in my digestive health. Meals felt lighter, bloating was significantly reduced, and I experienced a general sense of comfort and ease throughout the day. This positive change made eating more enjoyable and eliminated the discomfort I used to feel after heavy meals.

I’ve been taking PurelyB Pegaga twice daily to support my skin, particularly redness and acne breakouts. While I still have some redness, I’ve noticed a gradual improvement over time. The acne breakouts around my mouth area have also been decreasing, which has been encouraging to see. One of the most noticeable changes for me has been my daily energy levels. I suddenly developed very serious eczema, my ankles would swell, felt hot, looked very red and felt very painful if touched. I did not expect much but felt no harm trying Pegaga. I noticed the swell went down on the 3rd day. I thought I was imagining. Swell indeed went down more. I think the hotness and redness and pain went away after 2 weeks. My very serious eczema on my palms and feet are no longer hard, crispy, now they are smooth and soft with a hint of a 1 or 2 red bumps between a finger or 2.
