PurelyB Cyber Monday Buy 1 Free 1 Promotion - Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

1.1 The PurelyB Cyber Monday Buy 1 Free 1 promotion (“Promotion”) is open to all retail customers purchasing through PurelyB’s official website (www.purelyb.com).
1.2 This Promotion is intended for personal retail use only. Wholesale, bulk purchase, or reseller orders are not eligible unless expressly approved by PurelyB.
1.3 Employees of PurelyB, its affiliates, and their immediate family members may participate, but PurelyB reserves the right to decline redemptions in the case of abuse or misuse.

2. Promotion Period

2.1 This Promotion is valid for one day only, on 1st December 2025, from 12.00AM to 11.59PM (MYT) (“Promotion Period”).
2.2 Orders completed outside the Promotion Period will not qualify for the offer.

3. How to Redeem

3.1 Under this Promotion, customers are entitled to a Buy 1 Free 1 (B1F1) offer on selected PurelyB Signature single-unit products.
 3.2 To redeem, customers must:
 a) Add two (2) units of the same eligible product to their cart; and
 b) The second unit will automatically be discounted to FREE at checkout.

3.2 Eligible Signature single-unit products include (but are not limited to):

  • Pegaga 180g

  • Pegaga 380g

  • Pegaga Travel Pack (7 sachets)

  • Pegaga Travel Pack (30 sachets)

  • Tiger Milk Mushroom (14 sachets)

3.3 Multiple different item types may be included within the same order. B1F1 will apply to each item type with two (2) units added.

3.4 Customers will receive one (1) free item for each product type when they purchase a minimum of one (1) identical product type.

3.5 The free item must be the same product as the purchased item (same product type and variant).

Example:
Buy Product A → Get Product A free.
Buy Product B → Get Product B free.

3.6 While Stocks Last
Free items are subject to availability. If a free item is out of stock, the promotion for that product type will not apply.

3.7 Non-Exchangeable & Non-Refundable
Free items cannot be exchanged for cash, substituted with other products, or refunded.

3.8 This Promotion cannot be combined with any discount codes, vouchers, or other promotions.

4. Usage Rules & Order Limitations

4.1 Customers may redeem multiple different item types within the same order.
4.2 Customers may place multiple orders under this Promotion; however, the same item type cannot be redeemed more than once across separate orders under the same customer email. PurelyB reserves the right to cancel or adjust repeated item types.
4.3 PurelyB reserves the right to investigate and cancel orders if a customer is believed to be attempting to:
 a) Redeem the same item type multiple times,
 b) Create multiple accounts,
 c) Use different emails linked to the same identity or household,
 d) Manipulate or exploit system mechanics.

5. Exclusions & Limitations

5.1 Not valid with discount codes, vouchers, promotions, or loyalty redemptions.
5.2 Only Signature single-unit products listed in Clause 3.3 qualify.
5.3 Bundles, multipacks, sets, and subscription orders are excluded.
5.4 Promotion is valid while stocks last. PurelyB may cancel or refund any items that become unavailable.

6. General Terms

6.1 All transactions under this Promotion are subject to PurelyB’s standard shipping, return, and exchange policies.
6.2 PurelyB may vary, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice.
6.3 All decisions by PurelyB regarding this Promotion are final and no correspondence will be entertained.
6.4 PurelyB is not responsible for technical issues, checkout failures, or internet disruptions that affect participation.
6.5 Personal data collected will be processed in accordance with PurelyB’s Privacy Policy.

7. Governing Law

7.1 This Promotion is governed by the laws of Malaysia.
7.2 Any disputes arising from this Promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
