Giveaway Competition – Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

1.1 The Giveaway Competition (“Competition”) is open to legal residents of Malaysia and Singapore aged eighteen (18) years and above at the time of entry.

1.2 Employees of PurelyB Sdn Bhd (“PurelyB”), its affiliates, partners, agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate

2. Competition Period

2.1 The Competition runs from 19 February 2026, 12:00AM (MYT) to 6 April 2026, 11:59PM (MYT) (“Competition Period”).

2.2 Entries received outside the Competition Period will not be considered.

3. How to Enter

3.1 To participate in the Competition, participants must complete all applicable steps during the Competition Period.

Step 1: Make a Purchase (Eligible Channels Only)

a) Purchase any PurelyB product via:

b) There is no minimum spend required.

c) Each completed and fully paid purchase counts as one (1) entry.

d) Purchases made via third-party marketplace platforms including but not limited to Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, or any other unauthorised platforms are strictly not eligible.

e) Orders that are cancelled, refunded, disputed, or returned will automatically be disqualified.

Step 2: Share Your Story (Choose ONE Method Only)

Participants must choose ONE (1) of the following methods:

Option A – Website Entry (Cart Notes)

a) Add selected product(s) to cart on www.purelyb.com.
b) In the cart notes section, write why you would like to win this meaningful journey and name the person you would bring.

OR

Option B – Instagram Giveaway Post Entry

a) Comment on the official Umrah Giveaway post on PurelyB’s Instagram page.
b) Share why you would like to win this meaningful journey and tag the person you would bring.
c) Include your order number in the comment.
d) Only one (1) comment per order number is permitted.

OR

Option C – Watsons Purchase Verification

For purchases made at Watsons:

a) Participants must retain the original receipt as proof of purchase.

b) To validate their entry, participants must WhatsApp PurelyB Customer Service at +601123107023 within the Competition Period and provide the following:

  • Full Name

  • Email Address

  • Mobile Number

  • Clear photo of Watsons receipt (showing date, outlet, and purchase details)

  • Share why you would like to win this meaningful journey

c) Entries will only be considered valid upon successful verification by PurelyB. Failure to provide complete and accurate information may result in disqualification.

Step 3: Social Media Requirements (Applies to All Entries)

To qualify for the Competition (regardless of entry method), participants must:

a) Like the official Umrah Giveaway post on PurelyB’s Instagram page.
b) Follow @purelyb and @glocaltravel on Instagram.
c) Repost the giveaway post on their Instagram Story (public account) and tag @purelyb and @glocaltravel.

Failure to complete the above steps may result in disqualification.

3.2 There is no limit to the number of entries per participant. Each valid completed purchase with full participation steps counts as a separate entry.

3.3 Entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, or found to be in breach of these Terms & Conditions will be disqualified at PurelyB’s sole discretion.

4. Winner Selection & Notification

4.1 One (1) winner will be selected based on the most heartfelt and inspiring story as determined by PurelyB’s CEO, Jesrina Arshad. The selection decision is final and made at PurelyB’s sole discretion.

4.2 The winner will be notified via email and/or phone on 7 April 2026. If the winner fails to respond within forty-eight (48) hours, PurelyB reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

4.3 The winner must nominate one (1) individual to accompany them for Umrah within two (2) weeks of notification. Both individuals must meet the requirements of the appointed third-party travel agency.

4.4 The winner will be publicly announced on PurelyB’s official social media platforms after confirmation.

5. Prize Details

5.1 The prize consists of one (1) Umrah Package for two (2) adults (winner and one companion), sponsored by PurelyB Sdn Bhd and Glocal Travel & Tours Sdn Bhd, inclusive of a PurelyB Wellness Bundle.

5.2 The Umrah Premium Package includes flights, accommodation, meals, ground transportation, Umrah guidance services, and other inclusions as determined by the appointed travel agency.

5.3 The travel date shall be based on mutually agreed dates between the winner and the appointed travel agency, subject to availability and the agency’s travel schedule. The winner must travel within the stipulated period. Extension requests may not be entertained unless approved by the travel agency.

5.4 The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other alternatives.

5.5 The winner may choose to upgrade the package or add additional travellers at their own cost. Any such arrangements shall be made directly with the appointed travel agency. PurelyB shall not be responsible for any additional transactions.

5.6 PurelyB reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value if necessary.

6. Liability & Responsibility

6.1 The use of the prize provided by third parties shall be governed by the terms and conditions of the respective third-party provider.

6.2 PurelyB assumes no liability whatsoever in relation to the prize provided by third parties and shall not be responsible for any act, omission, delay, cancellation, injury, loss, damage, accident (including death), or claims arising from participation in the competition or utilisation of the prize.

6.3 The winner and their accompanying traveller assume full responsibility and liability for any personal, medical, travel, visa, insurance, or incidental expenses incurred.

6.4 All other incidental transportation, accommodation, personal costs, and/or related expenses incurred to participate in the Competition and/or redeem the prize shall be borne solely by the winner.

7. General Terms

7.1 By entering the Competition, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and the decisions of PurelyB, which are final and binding.

7.2 PurelyB reserves the right to disqualify any participant who breaches these Terms & Conditions or engages in any conduct deemed fraudulent, abusive, or inappropriate.

7.3 Participants grant PurelyB the right to use their name, image, likeness, entry submission, and related content for promotional and marketing purposes without further compensation.

7.4 PurelyB shall not be responsible for technical failures, system errors, lost entries, or any other issues beyond its reasonable control.

7.5 Personal data collected will be used in accordance with PurelyB’s Privacy Policy.

7.6 PurelyB reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to amend, vary, suspend, or cancel the Competition and/or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

8. Governing Law

8.1 This Competition shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.

8.2 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Competition shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
